• Treat virtual assistants with respect and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Not request virtual assistants to perform illegal activities

Service Limitations

Virtual assistants cannot provide legal advice, make binding decisions on your behalf, or perform activities that require a real estate license unless properly licensed in your jurisdiction.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes client lists, business strategies, and personal information.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

PropertyVAs Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PropertyVAs and protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide our Services.

Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed, all work product created by our virtual assistants for you becomes your property upon payment for services.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any content
• Any responsibility for your business decisions or outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyVAs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyVAs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
